Anyone take or took pro plus while in early stages of pregnancy? Struggling to stay awake during the day while working at my computer 😴😴😴

No I really wouldn't. I'm not sure how convinced I am by the research but NHS says no more than 2 cups of coffee a day as there is a link between caffeine and miscarriage

I'd be concerned about he caffeine. Absolute tiredness in early pregnancy is totally normal.

My mum is a scientist who has been involved in a few early pregnancy experiments (albeit when I was pregnant in 2011) and told me caffeine was as dangerous as alcohol or heroin. Understand the exhaustion in early stages, but cases on my mum pls seek help from your DP or power expectations if you don't have a DP ro protect your baby
