Urgent move needed but council won’t help

My DS who suffers from BPD and PTSD has been a victim of child sexual exploitation by his paternal nans neighbour. Social Services and the Police have requested that our local council move us urgently due to child protection but the council are not willing to help despite risk assessments being completed. I’m at my wits end and don’t know what else to do :(

Are you living near the nan's neighbour, have you been in touch with child protection or the safeguarding team.

The perpetrator lives around 15mins away and knows our home address, he is currently on bail with conditions not to contact my DS. Social Services and the Police have both sent numerous emails and a completed risk assessment to the council who are not offering any solutions. I have sent through the recommendations and risk assessment to the safeguarding team but have had no response, this was over a month ago. I have got the local MP involved who has emailed the CEO of the council and she has had no response either :(
