Worried about husband and his depression

Sorry if this is long.

My husband is on antidepressants and he had the dosage increased last year as and they do help but I fear his depression is getting worse or whether he it's some this else he does have a few bi polar traits.
I'm just worried as I've watched coronation street this past week. And the suicide story has really hit home as alot of what the character was doing seems to resemble my husband alot. I'm not sure if I'm just being silly and over thinking it all and worrying for nothing but I don't want to leave it too late. As I know it was just a story line in coro but they have worked closely with mind etc and I don't want to get that to that point.

I'm just wondering who we speak to or who I speak to. As he will deny anything is wrong.

I'm really sorry you are going through this worry. I'm afraid I'm no help at all as I know very little about this area and haven't even been watching Coronation Street! But I just wanted to give Flowers for you and your DH.

Really hope someone can be along with some better help soon. Might be worth posting in the mental health board?

I am in Australia not the UK but is there a mental health phone line you can call for advise. I know the Australian one gets a lot of calls from concerned family members asking what they can do to help.
