I need some help! I’ve been meeting up with this guy 2 months now. He visits me at work, we go out together every weekend, we’ve met each other’s families too. But whenever anyone asks we just say we are friends?

Most people think we are together and it’s what I want but I cant read his signals very well. We haven’t done anything sexual but he always kisses me before he leaves? My head is a mess and I need some advice!

It sounds as if he does like you but wants to take things slowly. That's a good sign IMO.

I think you should talk to him and have a proper conversation or start making a move more than just kissing. It is worrying that he keeps saying just friends but hopefully that will change soon, good luck!
