Let DH go to wedding on his own?

DH and I are invited to a wedding abroad, but not too far (short flight). I am pregnant and won’t know anyone at the wedding so don’t really fancy it. DH wants to go (his friend getting married).

Should I let DH go on his own or go with him, even though I know I won’t enjoy it? I know DH will get really drunk (fair play, it’s a wedding). My concern is that there will be loads of single ladies there and DH has historically had a bit of a “thing” for ladies from this particular country!

There will be nobody there who knows us a couple or knows me so it would be an absolutely prime opportunity for him to have his head turned and have a bit of a no-strings fling after a few drinks. I have no reason to think he will be unfaithful, I suppose I can just see how it would easily happen in this situation...

If you can’t trust your dh not to shag someone because you’re not there with him then your marriage is pretty fucked!

In any other situation it would be a no brainer to let him go.

I would let my dh go and slob around the house eating and watching shit on the telly.

If you can't trust him why are you with him?

If you can then let him go alone

If he’s only not shagging someone else because he hasn’t visited a specific country then your marriage is doomed anyway.
I would let him go because either he won’t shag anyone else, which is good - or he will and then you will know he’s a cheating arsehole and Tim can get rid of him
