No. It looks like a poor copy of something by perhaps Marni. And the polyester probably isn’t amazing, so, combined with the rather startling colour ...

(But I’m arriving at that conclusion via certainty that M&S can make anything un-stylish. If it were by, say, & Other Stories - I might have more trust.)
