Urgent help!

Hi everyone need urgent help and quick! Recently my girlfriend(ex) have been fighting and she's called it quits for a number of reasons. Would I be out of line my 21st birthday is next week and would it be wrong to show her how much our family means to me to ask her to marry me?

She's dumped you and your response is to propose?

Yes as I know she doesn't really want to end things but just is thinking of her and our daughters lives

Ugh. Proposals aren’t a sticking plaster, neither should they be done as a gift to anyone.

That's a ridiculous idea. You're single and have no one to propose to.

If you want to do sth for your daughters, then make sure you look after them, spend tine with them and support them financially.

She left you so proposing is a little desperate. Marriage isn't a solution to a bad relationship. You guys have been fighting. That's not normal. If you want her back you will have to work on your relationship without the grand gestures.

Imo 21 is young to be getting engaged. You already have a child but that's no reason to be getting into a marriage where the relationship has already failed. Getting engaged can't save it. She'll say no anyway. And if she doesn't, you still won't marry. It's over. Accept it and move on. You will look back and realise what a bad idea it was and thank God you didn't go through with it.
