Hi
Need some advice to pass on to my mum. She works with a guy who is always catty and makes negative comments to her. It's starting to grate on her. He uses being gay as an excuse for this but he is always on her about her work then says he is joking. She has been with the company 20yrs and moved departments. She is good at her job and was moved because the department was failing and need experience. The customers love her and she is really making improvements to the department.
She has a front of being strong and nothing bothering her. deep down she has a lot of anxiety and can be quite sensitive. I'm worried that this guy is going to ruin her confidence. She comes to me to vent and for advice.
What would you do in this situation.
