So over the past few months we have been getting clothing for someone my mil knows for our dd. It has happened a couple of times and both times there has been a lot of very nice, quite expensive and barley used clothes.

I would like to give something to say thank you but no idea what as do not know her and only met her in passing a couple of times. Any ideas?

I think a handwritten card would suffice.

Maybe handwritten note plus photo of DC wearing an outfit that has been given?

Photos of child wearing clothes would be nice, if a lot of money has been spent ask mil what they like either a bottle of wine/alcohol, chocolates or biscuits etc would be a nice thank you
