ExH and broken luggage

So my ex-husband takes my children abroad regularly. I bought new luggage last year but noticed when they returned from their last trip with him that it is damaged (two of three suitcases).

Things between us are pretty acrimonious but I don't see why I should replace this luggage again. WWYD?

If you buy and new suitcases keep them for when you travel, and keep these (if still usable) for when he travels with the DC. If he wants new stuff let him pay for it himself!

If he can afford clots of jaunts abroad he can afford suitcases if needed.

Flying in and out of Athens by any chance? Place where your luggage gets nicked or damaged ( in my experience).

Thanks all- amazon luggage no idea of the make. He can afford to replace it but probably won't. I'll write it off this time Sad

Write it off but tell him he needs to provide all clothes, luggage, etc. Why are you providing anything for HIS trips with HIS dc?!

I know. I just do it because the kids get so stressed about it all. My older DC is a bit neurotic about being organised. She's nearly 14 and likes to have her things with her and packed in advance.
