Deactivating FB when you also have a business page on there that you want to keep

Not sure if I can do anything here. I want to deactivate my personal FB profile for a while (perhaps forever, but just a break for now), but I also have a business page on their that brings me in income and keeps my business visible online.

Is there a way I can keep the business page but deactivate my personal profile?

yes...

set up a new personal profile with for example a gmail email address - for an 'employee' of the business

the. as you, invite the new profile to become and admin of the business page

then as the new profile, ditch 'you' from admin of the page

now 'you' and business page are separate

No, if your personal page goes the business page goes with it
