Weren't sure where to post this!

Now on my way to work and feeling so anxious/nervous. I was dating a guy I work with and he was being off and different so I said can we just be friends as I didn't want to get messed around. Let's just say he didn't take it well and blocked me. That was 3 weeks ago and now I've got to see him for the first time today. Really not looking forward to it!

I would go with bright and breezy - "morning, did you have a nice break?". Friendly smile, then go and get on with your day.
If it's a colleague you need to not create any drama at work

What CoolBag said.

A friendly hello, and that's all. Act like he's the colleague he is, and nothing more.

Well today was awful he decided to respond to my message I sent 2 weeks ago while at work. Talk about trying to mess with my head

Well, you don't have to let him mess with you.

Stick to the bright and breezy approach.

Ignore his messages unless it is work related.

Be polite if he speaks to you - that is all you have to do.

I know that's what I need to do. But I still care. Wish I didn't :(
