Christmas present on repeat. Would you mention something?

My DSis lives in a different country. My DC adore her. For the past three years, she has sent the exact same Christmas present to my DS. She uses a small UK online retailer and i get the impression that they have limited stock, so it seems to be the only present suitable for my DS's age group so that's why it's picked. But how can she forgets she has now sent it THREE times? I laugh it off, and say to my DS that it's just nice that she's thinking of him etc. She's a bit tight and has never been the best at buying presents for anyone (she resents it and often opts for what's easy). Shes 40, no problem with her memory. Would you mention it to her? I just don't want my DS to think that she doesn't care what she gets him (ergo she doesn't care about him). He does have enough toys so it's no big deal, but would you say something? If so, how?

Have him ring her to thank her for it, kids can always point this sort of thing out beautifully Grin

If you know where she got it, is there a chance you could return it? It's irritating if it is a case of not putting in any effort to selecting a gift like you think. Perhaps not worth causing a rift over though.
