Hi,
I am already divorced and have court order in place. My ex bridged the court order by not paying my maintenance money. Today i have receive the letter through the post from mediation that my ex has suggested that we sort things out through them.
I have spend nearly 40k to sort out my divorce and finances through the court and solicitors, not sure why I have to go to Mediation again now?
just because he doesn't want to pay, do you think this is his way of may be want to pay less money then court has ordered?
Do I have to go to mediation?
