New blog..

So I have 2 blogs in my head..both totally different.
I'll probably only go with 1 but I just wondered about these questions..

How do people know you've written one?
How do you get followers
How many of you get responses?
I was aiming to do it in stages and hope people want to read the next part if that makes sense?! I also wanted to remain anon..is this possible?!

I am anon...kind of. I mean my family know I blog but no one really knows who I am. Im with Wordpress and they do a free blog which may suit to start with until you know if you like it or not. Its a lot of work to get followers but they will come if you write good stuff and you advertise on social media. Good luck! I love blogging but its much more work than I first thought!
