My ex and I have been split 4 yrs I asked him to leave as I found out he was seeing one of my friends! He sees the children every other weekend, once a week and I work round his work every school holiday so he can have them extra.he also has them boxing day for 3 days.however he now wants to take me to court cos he wants them Christmas day and I said no any advice please.
