We're going to the Highland Games on Sat in Braemar - apparently it's quite a posh corp invite. The invite says smart casual, be dressed for the weather. I was going for a Kate Middleton look - nice jeans, white shirt, jackets, boots. All brownish. Husband just told me jeans aren't appropriate! Apart from going mad at him (few choice words) what on earth do I wear? He works away so comms sporadic!
