Drugs and children in a house

The other day, on a walk with my kids I smelt a really strong smell of cannabis coming from a house - I'm talking really strong smell. I know whose house it is and I know there are kids who live there. WWYD? Phone the relevant authorities or not?

There are many posters on here who smome it while their DC are on bed.
They will tell you to chill out and have 1 yourself OP.

You can report it but be prepared for zero outcome. No saying you shouldnt but just dont expect the pice to stop them of arrest them.

Our neighbours a few doors down smoke it In The evening and we can smell it. Not going to report them though.

Is it that there's children inside? I know someone who has 2 children but smokes it when they are in bed. This could be the case here.

Report it if you feel strongly but personal possession isn't illegal.

This happened during the day - however I have no way of knowing if the kids were in the house at that particular moment.
