Will try and keep this short;
30, 9 month old baby, due back to 2 part time jobs shortly.
Job 1 has had shift pattern change whilst on maternity and required to go back on 12 hour shifts 2 on/6 off.
Job 2 was previously doing 18-20 hours, however due to childcare I can only go back for 6 a week.
I spotted a job a couple weeks ago full time but with possibility of taking daughter with me . . Passed interview one yesterday, called back for second next week.
However, pro's and con's to both. Daughter still young, if stuck to above original plan I'd get more time at home with her but money would be tight. New job salary is tbf confirmed but discounted childcare and the fact she can come with me in first place, but means jumping straight in full time
