Some of you may have seen my previous post in Bereavement about my partner taking his own life.
I have decided to start a blog about my experience of this including what I went through that day and my journey trying to find "my new normal".
Do you think this is a good idea?
My intention is to help others who have been through something similar if I can in any small way but also to show the perspective of someone left behind in the vain hope it might make even just one person who is contemplating this route to reconsider.
Am I likely to be able to help or is this just self involved of me?
