Are you looking to declutter, get some extra cash for new things / experiences or have stuff you have been meaning to sell but not got round to it yet? Fancy having a clear out? This is the test for you!
We have been asked by the team at eBay, to find 50 MN influencers to put them to the test and to share their feedback on their blog and social channels.
For this test we are specifically looking for UK MN Influencers that never listed an item on eBay before (first time listers) and users that haven’t listed anything for the last 365 days.
What is eBay?
~ eBay is the world's biggest online marketplace; a place for buyers and sellers to come together and buy or sell almost anything!
~ A seller lists an item on eBay, from antiques to cars, books to sporting goods. The seller chooses to accept only bids for the item (an auction-style listing) or to offer the Buy It Now option, which allows buyers to purchase the item straight away at a fixed price.
~ In an online auction-style listing, the bidding opens at a price the seller specifies and remains on eBay for a certain number of days. Buyers then place bids on the item. When the listing ends, the buyer with the highest bid wins.
~ In a Buy It Now listing, the first buyer willing to pay the seller's price gets the item. Buying and selling on eBay is easy and it's fun. Best of all, you'll never know what you can find.

Note:
All testers will need to create (or use their existing) eBay account and also have a PayPal account - if you don’t yet have an eBay account then you will need to create one before signing up.
All testers will need to agree to list two items on eBay (for at least 14 days or more) which they would like to sell. We will send selected testers some guidance and support on how to add a listing.

Listings must start between the 21st August and 30th September (though ideally we’re looking for blog posts to be promoted in the first 2 weeks in September).
Selling and listing an item on eBay can and does incur small fees - for more info see here and there's a fee calculator here.
After selling your items you will need to share your experience (and feedback) on your blog and post a link on our designated linky page. We’d also welcome YouTube videos embedded in a blog post. We’d then want you to share your post on your social channels, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You’ll need to use the campaign hashtag (and don’t forget to use #ad as well!).
Anything else?
Key messages we are looking for the blog posts to cover would be one or more of the following - eBay gives sellers the chance to fund new items or experiences by selling the stuff you no longer need. It’s also great for those who care about having things that aren’t used/loved: - items get a new lease of life! If you don’t love it, someone else will. And decluttering leads to clear space, clear mind!
Your post would also need to cover how easy it is to sell on eBay, especially in App – you can sell on the go and with millions of buyers on eBay ready and waiting, there’s no better place for you to sell than eBay.
You’ll need to provide us with your unique page view for your blog (usually pageviews for your entire blog for two weeks post publication of the post), reach and engagement figures for the posts on Facebook and Twitter. If you have a business Instagram account and are able to provide use with reach and engagement for any Instagram activity as well, that would be greatly appreciated.

Please note eBay may well use your blog post / images on their website, on social media as well as possibly elsewhere.
