Hi there, I need help. I'm only 9 weeks pregnant but my sickness level is over the moon. I'm big on nausea and having said I suffer from major setbacks with heahaches and sore eyes when in direct sunlight or even when someone turns the lights on in the house. I just have one question, I took paracetamol 500mg for the first time after searching if it's safe and after giving it a try I vomited all of my dinner and lunch out just 5 secs after taking a tablet. Please if anyone knows how to help me get past this phase of being sick I'm all ears. Really need the help cheers.
