Hi I'm a newbie blogger and just wondering how you get traffic to your blogs? I'm not looking to make money off mine so don't want to spend money on paid advertising. Do you have Facebook pages to let people know when you've written new posts? Are there networks? (Have applied to join the mumsnet one but not heard anything back get). Do you contact similarly themed sites and say hey I'm writing a blog a bit similar to yours we should link! What's the blogger etiquette?
Any advice would be great.
