Have work friends hen do coming up, I'm not a party pooper, but idea of blow up penis's, shots, dares and wearing a dam cheerleaders outfit leaves me cold.. we're mostly all over 40, except hens daughter, I'm embarrassed & mortified to be honest, already been called a snob, hens in the dark about most of the planned antics ..what to do???

Don't go. I turn down things like this, saying that I'm antisocial, but hen dos are just not my thing. Or I can't afford it or I'm otherwise engaged. Say it with a smile, say thank you for being asked and hope they have a lovely time.

Just say you can't go.

Oh just dont go. You are old enough to know what you like and dislike. I am just the same and would rather stick pins in my eyes tbh so just make an excuse is my advice for what it is worth.

Yes, don't go.
