This week, the massive contradictions we parents have in wanting our children to be unique and quirky little snowflakes.

That photo at the top of the blog is vile.

Who would think it acceptable to have a baby in a carrier like that, eating takeaway food which was probably hot, then posting a photograph of the probably hot food dropped on the baby's face showing the parent trying to lick it off.

Would I value the opinion of such a person on parenting?

I thought this was a good post. You've summed up the parents at my child's school perfectly - "look at meee, I'm so quirky". And who hasn't had to brush the crisp crumbs off their baby's head in those early days on the sofa?
