Not sure I can take much more, is there a room where I can scream or at least slip off this planet because I don't think I can carry on.

I sometimes feel this - human life is fraught with difficulty , physical, emotional, psychological, dickhead parker-idom.
I tend to take a trip home ( 400 miles) and tell my best friend, or I take a trip somewhere unknowN, or I eat a whole cake to myself and watch a shit documentary.
Sometimes I leave weird notes in library books ( god im weird).
