Shift work routine help

I need some help please

Dh used to do shift work...hes been training for a new job so since ds was born he was doing 9-5 monday to friday. It mea t he could help me at night with bathing dd and ds etc.

From next week he will start shifts amd will be starting on nights.

Do you wonderful ladies have any tips on best way to handle bed time routine on my own??

What routine do you have in place at the moment and how old are the dcs?

Dd is 2 and ds is 4 months....between 6/7 we do a bath and change for bed and then while i give ds his last bottle dd watches in the night garden and then they both git to bed for 7:30-8

Whilst one of uz baths dcs the other lays out their clothes amd then likewise one of us will sit with rhwm and get tv ready while the other makes the bottle up
