unwanted small visitors

its my first post so please bare with me
i have two sons one with significant needs and am a single parent , my neighbour is very elderly and regularly has his family round to visit this is where the issue comes he has two grandsons the same age roughly as mine both of whom have significant social issues .
last summer these children took to coming round to play , it was ok for half an hour or so at a time but then it became an hour and grew to one day where i was dumped with them for 5 hours .
i explained i cant do this , i cant look after and keep safe 3 special kids , also stuff in my house was getting trashed !!
they did back off for a while but then started to appear again , they just bang like hell on my door and come in , so i now keep the door locked , then i took to shutting my gates when i dont want visitors .
Even going out and saying please go and come back with a parent doesnt work they just lurk outside my gate staring in .
i have spoken to the parents and asked them not to allow this as its just plain rude !
yesterday i had my best friend and children round for pool fun and a bar b que and we just felt like we were being watched , and sure enough our little visitor was there , we tried saying we were busy , asking him not to stare into my garden , and eventually had to resort to pegging sheets on the gate to get privacy .
baring in mind that this little fella has to be standing on private land to do this is there anything else i can do ?

i just need help not tearing apart !! if they hadnt broken expensive things i would be happy to have them in but they dont listen , bring food my son is allergic too and run riot .

This is crazy and not gonna lie also kind of creepy...Heres what I would do...I would talk to the kids in front of their parents or have a conversation with the parents in front of their kids...and just be really firm but sweet just tell them how its impolite and also a little overbearing you know explain like you did before and if it doesn't work, and no one is listening then maybe you should threaten law enforcement obviously thats a last resort though.

Take them back to their door/parent every time it starts?
