Actually I need a bit of a hug and a bit of a "put on her big girl pants" advice. My colleague (there are just two of us working very closely on this part of a bigger project) works part time, does very little work whilst she is here and managed to swing a very nice secondment. Whilst I am vaguely annoyed about that what has really hurt me is that I had to hear the news fourth hand - neither management or herself told me about it. Given that folks have bigger issues I realise that this is a storm in a teacup but I still feel very betrayed and hurt by this. So WWYD (murder and sulking not being suitable options
