My upstairs neighbors are always fighting so I'm a bit annoyed at them already (sorry just setting the back story) I heard them once when they were fighting about money her mention him selling booze....he doesn't work if anything I think she is fraudulently claiming benefits saying he's not there but that's speculation.....I complained to to corner shop women about them and she said that the bloke had been in trying to sell alcohol to her it's obv illegal booze, even my landlord mentioned him doing it but now denies it...Would you report them?
