Treat table at party

A friend of mine has just had major surgery and I have offered to help sort out her sons birthday party which is this weekend.

Her being her typical self, she's very unorganised and has nothing in placed.

I have spoken to her son who will be 13 and he wants a treat table instead of proper party food.

I have hired a slush and popcorn machine and a DJ as he wanted a grown up party.

But what food/ treats can I do? His mum and dad don't really want to spend too much on junk food. I have time to make cakes. Where can I get cheap bulk buy sweets? I don't have a makro or Costco card.

Look forward to your help

Chocolate fountain? You can use marshmallow etc and strawberries for something a bit healthier.

Pound shop for sweets? You can get big bags or often the big packets of small bags of haribo which tend to go down well
