Please could I have some advice? I am thinking about a property in the NE as a buy to let as a pension, (I am not rich or anything like that. but I like the idea of renting a property so a family can have a nice home as well as I have had a landlord from hell myself many years ago).
The NE seems to have cheaper properties, but as I do not know the areas, I do not want to buy anywhere where it will be unsellable in the future or get trashed.
Could I have some advice?? What is Trimdon Station, Durham like for example?
