Any advice on getting my partially divorced husband to hand over the deeds for a property bought in the Philippines. He cunningly only put his name on the deeds even though I financed it. He has paid nothing to support his children for the past 3 years. Complex situation as I live overseas and he now resides in the UK. Any advice appreciated.
