Baby eating

My LO is 9 months old and he is getting hard work eating. Some days he will refuse to eat and others he will. Has anybody any recipe ideas or what I can make him for teas?

What are you giving him at the moment? It's very normal for them to go on and off their food at this age by the way. If he won't eat his meal, don't worry...just let him play with it...no stress. He'll eat when he's hungry.
