My sister had invited me to go to stay in her house on in Scotland whilst she's away so we'd have a nice 6 bed house to ourselves. It s during summer hols which I find stressful as I'm at home throughout on my own with 3 kids. (dh runs own business and works hard constantly) I've asked dh to come but he says he can't take time off. So I m thinking of taking kids by myself. Flights are £200 and we'd effectively have a week away for that. On top of this dh still wants a week away as a family at some point but doesn't want to stay at my sisters. I'm worried about cost of this time away plus another (uk) holiday. Although it's only £200 it's still £200! WWYD? Would you go?
