Snoring newborn??

Im wondering if he is snoring or has a cold i only hear it wen he falling asleep/sleeping

Totally normal. How old is your LO? My DS 'snored' for about 8-10 weeks. My MW said it's the mucus from the placenta. It will last longer in premature and/or caesarean born babies.
Now my DS is 5.2 months and snores and it's so cute!
