Hi all, I'll keep it brief, but really would appreciate advice.. recently joined company as a trainee, was sold in the interview by the manager (lovely lady, really knowledgeable etc etc). Into my 2nd week and now turns out she is off on mat leave in 6 months. No idea on whether they'll replace,; unlikely as small.. plus replacement wouldn't have the company knowledge.
Would you stay or go?
