Jet lag third night

6 hour behind time difference. Still waking at 3am. Shattered.

Useful hints for managing.

Are you staying up late enough? That and plenty of exercise is the only way.

My husband works away a lot , the night he gets back he takes a nitol tablet around 7 pm and has a really good sleep until morning .. he then gets back on the right time really quickly .

Boots over the counter sleeping tablets. Try to stay up unil 9-10 pm.

Third night is the worst.

Next time try to get some melatonin and take at the time you want to sleep for 3 or 4 nights.

Otherwise lots of fresh air and daylight.

Just taken a melatonin so hopefully stay asleep this night.
