Facebook ID request

Facebook have locked me out and asked me for proof of age, duly submitted. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to review and (hopefully) reinstate my account?

Also, any ideas what might have triggered the request.

I had the same a month or so back, I was dubious about giving my ID as well as felt it was quite intrusive. Anyhow, I did in the end with most things blanked out. It only took a couple of hours I think. No idea why it happens either.

Has someone complained that they don't think you are using your real name, I wonder? This has happened to a couple of my friends
