tin tomatoes from Asda can is severely dented!!

Can I still use it, asda refunded but it is almost in half
wondering should I bin it or is it still safe to use?

Open it: if the contents look iffy or there's sign of spoilage then discard.
It's tomatoes so you'd be looking at visible spoilage if there's a problem.
