Hi looking for someone who can help me with iCloud.
I recently purchased additional storage for my iCloud. Now every photo or video I take goes straight to it. I plugged in my phone today to back up and import the photos to my hard drive and it only pulled off 26 out of 2500 because the rest are on iCloud. I have googled how to view photos on iCloud and how to download to my PC to then copy over to my hard drive and nothing is working!!!!
Someone please tell me there is a simpler way??
I thought the point of iCloud was so if I lost my phone then all my photos would be accessible through iCloud. But I cannot seem to access iCloud at all! What am I doing wrong??
Please help.
