3year daughter put her tongue outside her mouth and moves it around her mouth just before going into school or meeting new people why could this be??

My little girl that's 3 years has been doing this before she goes into school or meeting new people or if she done something wrong I think it's a nervous thing but I'm not 100% can anyone else help stop or prevent it from happening thank you

I think both of mine went through a phase of doing this at that age and then just grew out of it.

I wouldn't try and stop it unless it's making her lips sore or something
