Needing advice

I'm needing advice if someone could help me with how many weeks I would be my mate said I must be 13 weeks I just need some advice before my first scan on the 22nd

Advice please. My daughter has 5 and half year old twins. A boy and a girl. They see their father 2 nights one week and 3 nights the next week . My daughter has been trying to get divorced for over 4 years The divorce is very acrimonious .He is a very controlling man and we think he has Aspergers syndrome.
The children are having many problems but one concerns me greatly. Before my daughter picks up the children their father instructs them to lay on the bed and put their legs right over their heads exposing their genitals. He then applies nappy rash cream to their bottoms. They have not worn nappies for so long I cannot remember. They have no nappy rash. I think that this abnormal!
