Neighbours have a new baby / I don't know their names

Just that really. We got new neighbours this year, I've chatted to them but can't remember their names. They've just had a baby and I want to drop round a card and pressie - what do I write?!

Congratulations on your new baby with best wishes from xxx at number 13. Drop it round and confess to not remembering their names, they won't mind, particularly as they probably can't remember their own names either at the moment with a new baby.

I had a similar thing where I knew the girl's name but not her boyfriend, and couldn't remember what her mum had said her grandson was called .
