Advent calendars

Hi all, I'm sorting out advent calendars for my 3 dd (16,12, 9). Elder 2 fine with choc calendar, dd3 wants a Smiggle one - at £28. I've refused saying it wouldn't be fair to buy her that and not the others but I could also do without spending extra the month before Christmas. Dd3 has her own savings (albeit a small amount) so has asked if she can buy herself the Smiggle calendar. Do I let her spend her own money on it or put my foot down and insist she has a choc calendar?

Id let her spend her own money if that's her thing. I also have 2 older lads - who will be fine with chocolate advent. The 11 year old dd has picked out a play mobile one for 12.99 (free postage too!) - but yep , £28 is a lot
