when our five year old visits his grandparents he seems uninterested in talking to us whilst he his with them - and this has been the case for a couple of years now - despite hearing our parents coaxing him to talk to us.
Is this normal? he is happy and healthy otherwise, at school and at home, but once away with g'parents we are not simply redundant - but it seems an annoyance!!
Appreciate any advice please.
