Thieving Niece

I now know beyond a shadow of a doubt my 15 year old niece has been stealing money from me, and (I suspect) my elderly mother. We are talking about £20 here and there.
Do I confront her, tell my brother (her dad), and what do I do about the rest of my big family?.
She is by no means short of money and is actually a sweet kid.
I am tying myself in knots about this.

Speak to her Dad and see how he wants to handle it. I wouldn't be broadcasting it to wider family though.
