HELP! I recieved an email from Sarah Middleton SCAM?!?

I have received an email from Sarah Middleton saying iv won the nice and easy competition with mumsnet and asked for my details is this a scam or have I won ? :S

I've reported this thread to MNHQ so they can check for you, if it is a scam. Hope you have won something
