I'm relatively new to the site and have migrated from NMs by the looks of it as I keep putting myself out there and getting nothing back.
Anyway, I have recently started a blog. It's not particularly good and I've kind of hit a bit of brick wall. I'm not sure what to write about. It was supposed to be more personal but then I decided I wasn't brave enough to get into the nitty gritty.
I've been looking to join some kind of blogging community or message board but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
I started a journalism course (nothing serious, it's via wowcher) and I just set it up to practice writing really. I haven't got a 'niche' because I'm not particularly good at anything! Im a jack of all trades and a master of none! The first couple of entries are really sweary because I'm quite sweary in real life, but then I tried to tone it down somewhat.
I originally set it up on blogger: manicmavis.blogspot.com and then had a go at getting my head round Wordpress here: manicmavisblog.wordpress.com.
If there are any established bloggers out there who want to give me some constructive criticism (or rip it to shreds, I really don't mind) PLEASE do, and post a link to your site too so I can see how it's supposed to be done!
