London Zoo

My friend and I decided we'd take the children to London Zoo, I've managed to get free tickets with tesco club card.

The first weekend we couldn't go because the tickets didn't arrive and I wanted to wait as can't afford to go for full price.

The second weekend her friend cancelled for some reason so we said no Sunday's because of partners being home and spending time, so we'd go this weekend

I've text her and now she said no because her partner is home Saturday and Sunday and she wants to spend time with him.

I have a free day tomorrow (Thursday) would I be wrong to take 4yo ds, my thoughts are he's waited patiently for 3 weeks, and it'll be a week day! And how many times is this going to get cancelled!!

If you and friend have agreed to go together I would just run it by her before you go off on your own day out. Perhaps she may want to go tomorrow as well.

MagicMonkeys · 29/06/2016 18:54

I have run it by her, she's always busy "waiting for deliveries" "waiting for people to pick things up"

Tomorrow she has appointments some where

I sent a text saying I was thinking about taking ds tomorrow

She replied "oh ok"

So I said "is that ok"

She put "you can go"

Go and have a lovely time with ds! She sounds very flaky

MagicMonkeys · 29/06/2016 19:04

Hesterton this I thought too, it's a little rude in a way, is why I'm feeling unsure

If she's said "fine, go on your own" then go on your own.

Queenbean · 29/06/2016 19:12

Go, she's a flake. And enjoy the monkeys!

MagicMonkeys · 29/06/2016 19:12

Yesthisisme Thanks, I think I'm worrying about offending her, but dam 3 weeks is a long time to a 4 year old
